Have you ever missed a TV show late at work or on a night job? I know I have missed my fair share of football games while traveling outside the country. Nothing feels as depressing as being away in a squalid hotel room with nothing but TV shows in Hindi or Arabic.

You were lucky if you could get something relevant in their news coverage.

I had heard about this online TV when I had left home but never bothered to install it. Luckily the hotel had some semblance of the internet connection. So that evening I grappled around the internet trying to find something I could at least get the local news channels. If only to keep informed of things beyond this place. No that the people weren’t good, they were excellent and made us feel at home.

I connected to the internet with my laptop and browsed the internet TV websites trying to look for an online TV service that looked legitimate. I found one software that had a lot of positive reviews and decided to get a copy of the software. Within a span of five minutes, I had turned my laptop into a super TV screen. The rest of my stay was fine as I actually looked forwards to the evenings to get back to my hotel room and connect to internet TV with the newly downloaded software. Couldn’t be happier. Their beer was actually very good and wouldn’t mind going back there if only for the beer part.
